How to Share Meal Plans with My Client

Last updated on Dec 23, 2023

Meal plans can be shared via the mobile app, a PDF, or by email.

Sharing Meal Plans via Mobile App

Meal plans are automatically sent to your client's mobile app when they are saved. Foodzilla is a real-time platform so whenever you update the meal plan, it is automatically synced with your client.

Furthermore, when you click on the "Save" button, a push notification is also sent to your client's device to notify them there's an update to their meal plan. If you would like to not send a push notification, click on the "Save and Continue Editing" button instead to save the meal plan but avoid sending a push notification. This is useful if you're updating their meal plan frequently and don't want to "spam" them with push notifications.

Sharing Meal Plans via PDFs

You can export the meal plan as a PDF link or download it as a file. To do that, open the meal plan and click on the PDF button. Choose your preferred settings and either click "Download PDF" or "Get PDF Web Link".

Sharing Meal Plans via Email

You can share the meal plan as a PDF attachment via email directly in Foodzilla. To do that, open the meal plan and click on More Options -> Email Meal Plan. Confirm your clients email address, add a personal message and click Send Email.
