🪄 New Client App Experiences & Custom Ingredients | April 26, 2022 Update

Last updated on Mar 27, 2024

Thank you for using Foodzilla.

We've been working really hard to deliver new features and improvements based on your feedback.

What's New ✨:

  • 💎 New Client App Experiences. You can now disable food logging in the mobile app for your clients and the nutrition goals card will be shown instead. You can also choose to restrict access to our recipe database and instead only show your own recipes. Your clients can search your recipes by name, type, health & diet labels, and ingredients. This is available as of version 8.5.0 of the mobile app and version 2.29.0 in the web platform.

  • ✨ Custom Recipe Ingredients and Nutrition. You can now freely enter the ingredients and nutrition of a recipe (without needing to use our databases). This is useful if you have already calculated the nutrition for your own recipes.

  • 🎨 Updated Brand in PDFs. Your brand logo is now also displayed when printing a meal plan.

  • 💄 Other UI improvements and fixes left for you to discover.

For the next few weeks, we will focus on client management features and making the platform and mobile app experience easier to use based on your feedback.

  • Auto-generated grocery lists for printed meal plans. Currently, grocery lists are only available in the mobile app.

  • More Meal Plan PDF layouts

  • Ability to add consultation notes and documents to clients.

  • Better Search & More Food DBs in Platform to make it easier and faster to find what you're looking for from all databases

  • Ability to quickly import many recipes from an excel file automatically.

If you have any feedback or suggestions, please let us know and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
